Project overview

PepsiCo needed a 50 page B2B website to service their retailers, starting with the UX groundwork which was outsourced to It's A Religion.

Delivery

I created and prototyped high fidelity wireframes in Figma, across desktop, tablet and mobile breakpoints. Reusable components were used throughout for post-project scalability. I added colour and text styles to the library, applying PepsiCo's branding to give the wireframes a personalised touch.

Results

The final UX system gave PepsiCo a scalable foundation for a large, content-heavy B2B platform, helping stakeholders visualise the experience clearly before development began.

Detailed prototyping across desktop, tablet and mobile ensured consistency and usability throughout the 50-page journey, while the reusable component library streamlined handover and supports future expansion of the site.

By applying PepsiCo’s branding within the wireframes, the work also bridged the gap between UX and visual design, making presentations more engaging, improving stakeholder alignment and accelerating decision-making across the project.
